Services
Offset Security provides cybersecurity consulting services including, but not limited to, penetration testing, security audits, incident response, and security advisory. All services are provided pursuant to a separate written agreement or statement of work between Offset Security and the client.
Engagement Terms
All professional engagements require a signed statement of work (SOW) or master services agreement (MSA) before work begins. The SOW will define the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for each engagement. Work performed outside the agreed scope will require a separate authorization.
Authorization and Legal Compliance
Clients engaging Offset Security for penetration testing or security assessment services represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to authorize testing of the systems in scope. Offset Security operates strictly within the bounds of authorized testing and applicable law.
Confidentiality
Offset Security treats all client information, findings, and deliverables as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information about our engagements to third parties without the client's prior written consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All reports, documentation, and deliverables produced during an engagement are the property of the client upon full payment. Offset Security retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from engagements for research and improvement of our methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
Offset Security's liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
